Interests: This is who I am : I love the game of Basketball ... everything about it! I am NOT an early morning person. I am addicted to Lemon-Lime Gatorade , Reeces , and Watermelon Ring Pops (I just melt!!) :) I love talking to God and being close to him... he's AWESOME . I strive to be the girl that he created me to be. I love to go shopping (American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch and Francesca's Closet) and finding cool, random t-shirts, and tennis shoes. I'd rather find things out myself than for someone else to tell me. I adore mexican food and hate oriental food. I'm super stubborn . I definately can't get a tan, just freckles. I basically love everything about rain... watching it, smelling it, kissing in it, walking in it, playing in it... and anything else that you can do with/in it, except driving in it... agh!
Expertise: I HATE: crying in front of people, cigarettes , getting talked about behind my back, being gullible , waiting on something that just won't ever come... I LOVE: winter because I love wearing tons of layers of clothes and sitting in front of a fire with hot chocolate . Thousand Foot Krutch, sitting in the stands of football games and screaming my heart out , finding good bible verses that match what I'm going through, having good, long, deep conversations, swimming , and much much more ... just ask. My goal this year is to get a black eye in a basketball game... actually getting one at all would be SWEET! Other than that I am just a girl. I'm just me. Deal with it. :)

| Well, as a lot of you already know, Lexie got admitted into the hospital yesterday afternoon. She's lost a ton of weight and has absolutely no energy... her poor little heart was racing yesterday just standing up. Anyway, the doctor told us last night that she does have diabetes, and has been diabetic for a while now. He was telling us all of the "stuff" that doctors have to say and all that jazz, and he also said that had she not have gone in yesterday, she probably would have been in ICU today or she would have gone into a diabetic coma tomorrow. He said that her body had literally no more fat on it, and that her body was having to resort to eating her muscles because of the lack of fat. She's probably going to be in the hospital for a couple more days (he said she'd be lucky to get out in 3-5 days) and she's got 2 different iv's stuck in her arms, one for hydration and the other an insulin drip.
I'm scared for her. I love that little girl more than anything. She means the world to me and I don't know what I'd do if anything happened to her. I just ask that you all keep her in your prayers. She's, for the most part, okay. She's scared... but who can blame her? I'd be scared too.
On a lighter note, mine and Lance's 18th birthday, and Mary's 16th birthday, is Sunday. Woo hoo! Number one on my list is the complete 5th season of "The Gilmore Girls"! Ah, I can't express enough how much I love that show, lol. I know you are all wondering, and yes... it is the greatest show known to mankind. I told Tate that sometime, some month, we are going to have a "Gilmore Girls" marathon and watch seasons 1-5. I know that he cannot wait, and is tingling with anticipation.  The second thing on my list is cruise control for my jeep. As many of you know, I was concieved from Mrs. Gay Terrell whose foot is made of lead, therefore, I also have a tendency to speed a little bit. Plus, Tate is just as bad as my mom, so I'm getting it from both sides, lol. (Just kidding baby, you know I love you!!  )
Well, that's all I have for right now. I know my updates arn't as elaborate as they once were, but I'm running out of time to ever update. Once basketball ends, Tennis is starting and Coach Nixon said I'm going to be hitting that hard, so I again won't have hardly any time to do anything but school, sports, homework, eat, and sleep... yes eating has to be in there somewhere!!  Well, have a SUPERVOLOUS day today!!

Well... I guess I'll update. I don't know about the rest of you, but this weekend sure seemed to fly by!!
Tate left not too long ago, and man I miss him already. I wish he didn't live an hour and a half away, but that's just something we have to deal with. I know he has to be the cutest guy ever! Ah, how I love him!! 
Well, I scored my 1000th point on Friday night. I now have 1004 points for my high school career, woo hoo!
We had Regional BPA on Friday. Britnee called me last night and said that the Parly team (which is what Britnee, Trey, Dustin, Mary, Kalli, JC and I are on) got first and we're going to state... yeah buddy! I'm so excited! So once again, all I'll be doing in BIMM is Parly stuff, yay... no work!!
Well, I know this is a short update, but I don't know what else to say. Thanks to everyone who have been coming to the games to support us and the guys. It means more to us than you'll ever know. We play Friona on Tuesday, in Friona, so I can understand why you all might not be there... but hey, if you end up going... the more the merrier!! Have a great week(s) everyone!!

You know, lately, I feel like I haven't been giving some people the respect they deserve. I feel as if I have been taking things for granted, and I shouldn't be.
My family in general:
You guys are incredible. Now I know there are days when I can't stand some of y'all, vice verca, or we get on each other's nerves but hey, that's just life. Y'all know what's best for me through whatever situation and I know that when I come home, y'all will be proud no matter what.
Lance and Lexie:
Ah, my adorable little sister and handsome twin brother. Wow, it seems like just yesterday when we had to rush to Lubbock so mom could have our first, and only, little sibling. I remember standing there with you Lance, looking through the doors to see mom go by laying on a stretcher thing just waving and smiling at the two of us. You two have become two of the most beautiful people that I know, inside and out. Although we get on each other's nerves every now and then , you know I love you more than the world. Lance, I don't know how we are going to do it next year with you being like 7 hours away. All I can say is our phone bill is going to be out the roof. You have been my best friend since we were kids, and I don't know if I'm going to be able to deal with you being that far away and only getting to see you about twice a year. I get so excited when I think about what all you are going to do with your life, and what good things are to come for you. I know you're going to do great things down there in college station and you'll meet yourself some beautiful girl that will be just as big a smart elec (for lack of a better term, lol) as you are, but I wouldn't trade an ounce of that smart elecness for anything else in the world! As for you Lexie, I know we have stupid fights over our clothes and who's wearing who's shirt. (which is really stupid once you think about it, lol)I'm going to miss you so much next year, and all I know is you better be coming and seeing me. Wait, I take that back. You WILL be coming and seeing me next year, even if I have to come down here and kidnap you and bring you back with me, lol. You are the most beautiful girl ever... and I agree with Lance on this one... how am I supposed to be fighting off all of these guys when I'm off at college next year? Oh, Lance and I will be figuring out a plan... don't you worry! Anyway, what I'm really trying to say is thanks guys, for everything.
Mom and Dad:
Now, I know I don't understand your reasons for everything you do, and sometimes I don't agree with them, but thanks. Thanks for making me do the things I don't want to do, and thanks for pushing me to do the things that will only make me stronger in the end, even when I can't see that in the beginning. Thanks for always being supportive and wanting the world for me. Thank you for the incredible people you have been to me and Lance and Lexie and thanks for raising me to be the young Christian girl that I am today, along with the two other incredible Christian children that I live with. You two are two of the biggest reasons that Christ is in my life. When I was younger, I could see him in yours, and I wanted what you had. You have helped me grow into someone that I am proud of and proud to be, and you have helped me through the toughest time in my life. Thank you for being the parents that you are and have been to the three of us. I know Lance and I are about to graduate and everything's going to change, but you know Mom, I'll still be calling you, asking for advice, telling you what went on in my day, and still being the daughter that I am today. You know you are my best friend mom, whom I can share everything with, and I love you and Dad so much! Thanks.
Tate:
Ah Tate, what can I say about you babe... I don't even know where to begin. I love you, I love you, I love you! You have been so understanding. You are so patient with me when I feel like everything is going wrong. You listen to me and let me vent to you regardless of what it's about (most of the time, stupid girl stuff, lol). I could not have asked for a more perfect blessing than the one God gave me when he placed you into my life. There are not even words to express the feelings that I have for you. You are incredible. It's crazy to think about our situation and how things have come about, but all I know is that the past has been crazy yes, but I wouldn't change any of it, not one thing about it, because everything that has happened has brought me one step closer to you, and I could not be any happier than I am today. I love the way you can always make me laugh and feel better regardless the situtation. I love how when things are just plain crazy, you can hold me and make everything so much better. I love how I can count on you for anything and everything, how I know you will always be there for me no matter what. There is so much more that I want to say, but I just don't know how, nor do I have have, the words to express those feelings and thoughts as perfectly as you deserve to hear it. Thank you sweetheart for the miracle you have been and are to me, and to my family. I love you so much.
Becky and Mary:
You girls... ah, y'all have been awesome. You've been just like my sisters, and I could not ask for more. You two have become two of my best friends in the ENTIRE world!! Y'all treat me no differently than you do each other, and that's awesome! (or atleast I don't think you do) I love you two so much... and not to worry Mary... next year, things won't change, even though I'll be off at college. You already know you are welcome to come stay with me whenever your heart desires! I guess you could too Becky, lol. Thanks Becky for being the older sister that I never had. You've been great throughout all of my "drama". Our situation is quite funny too, the way we met that is... but we'll leave that story for another time, lol. Thanks for the INCREDIBLE advice that you've given to me about everything. I love you so much! Mary... you have been just like a sister to me as well. I know things didn't turn out the way we would have liked them to earlier in the year, but everything happens for a reason. You are an incredible girl and any guy would be lucky to have you in their life! I love you sweetie. Posse!!
The Basketball Girls:
Now, I meant to put you guys in here originally, but I ran out of time the other day, so here I am "editing" my original post... so don't be thinkin' that I forgot about you girls! Wow, what can I even say... y'all adopted me onto the team like nothing was different about the entire situation. Y'all have made me feel as if I have lived here all my life, and I am so grateful for all of you. You guys have meant the world to me this year, and y'all helped keep me sane throughout those days when none of us really wanted to be at 6 am workout, lol. You girls are awesome, and I thank God that he put our move into action and allowed us to move here so I could meet everyone of you incredible girls. Thanks... for everything.
Cameron "Mac" Battey:
You have been SO INCREDIBLE for my brother. I don't know what to say. You have filled a void that I, unfortunately, could not fill and for that I am so grateful. You have become one of Lance's best friends, and I for one, couldn't be happier. You're hilarious, and I'm so happy Lance found a great guy to share his jokes with, and have fun at the basketball games with. Thanks for going and being all crazy with him there, and keeping him under control, lol. I know that everyone's been calling you "the other Terrell" but hey, what's wrong with that? lol. You're over here all the time, now I just expect to see you at my house when I get home from workout, lol. You have been awesome man... thanks.
Well... my fingers are tired and I'm freezing back here in my room, so I guess I ought to stop. I know this entry was pretty long, but it was worth every word of it.
